Attention all customers:
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase merchandise with
Bladeswords.com and N.G.W, Inc. The customer is responsible for the
legalities of these items in their area and or shipping location.
N.G.W and all of it's affiliates assume no responsibility for any
injuries that may occur by the mishandling of any merchandise.

All order updates, out of stocks,
backorders, confirmations and tracking numbers will be sent automatically to
the e-mail address that was submitted on the original order. Check this e-mail
frequently during the order process.
Tracking information is
automatically e-mailed after shipment (check e-mail before contacting customer
service). Average delivery time is
seven to ten business days from the day the order is placed. A business day is
Monday through Friday not including weekends or holidays. In order to serve
our customer base in a timely manner, it is not necessary to contact customer
service unless an order has been pending for over ten business days.

All orders are shipped UPS
Ground. Tracking numbers are e-mailed to the customer as soon as they
are available. Make sure that you have entered a current and valid e-mail
address.
We do not
currently deliver to PO boxes, APO (military) boxes, FPO (foreign) boxes,
international addresses, or a few limited geographic areas within
the U.S. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional
shipping charges that will be quoted to you at time of
checkout in the tax field.

Ordering Outside of the U.S.
Currently, NGW
offers shipping in the United States only. We do not currently

Returns and
Cancellations:
* Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
* Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
* Claims for defects must be made within 2 days of the receipt of
the merchandise.
* Claims for returns must be made within 3 days of the receipt of
the merchandise.
* Once authorized, return must be received within
10
business days.
* All Returns Require a Return Authorization Number
or they will be refused.
* There will be a 15% restocking fee on any undeliverable
or returned item(s)
under $500.
* There will be a 30% restocking fee on any undeliverable
or returned item(s) over $500.
* No refunds will be issued on used or damaged items.
* All returns must be received in their
original packaging.
* Items not received in their original packaging will receive store credit
only.
* Orders using checks or money orders will receive store credit only.
* All order cancellations must be submitted into customer service before the
order is shipped.

Orders cannot be cancelled or
changed if merchandise has been shipped.
Note: All items must pass
quality control and are thoroughly
checked before shipping. Check your package at the time of delivery for
any visible damage to the packaging. It is the responsibility of the customer to
notify the carrier immediately with any loss or damage claims. It is the
customers responsibility to follow up on damage and lost item claims with the
carrier. All items are insured at retail value. NGW must be notified within
48 hours of a damage or loss claim being filed.
